That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us. We'll issue store credit, so you can choose something better suited to your needs. Your happiness is our priority, and we're here to make it right.

Return Policy Guidelines
- The product must be your first purchase from our store.
- At least half of the product must remain unused.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Sale items, bundles, and subscription products are excluded.
We take great pride in the quality of our products, but we know that cannabinoid experiences can differ from person to person. While returns based on effectiveness cannot be accepted, we're always here to help you find the right product to suit your needs. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request if the order has not yet been shipped. For orders already shipped, you'll need to follow the standard return process outlined above.
Cancellations made after shipping may qualify for a full refund, provided the items are returned unopened.
Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST, to assist with any inquiries. Once your order has been shipped, changes to items will no longer be possible.
Returns
